At Mandola Estate Winery, we believe in the tradition that wine and food should always be enjoyed together. Our wines are handcrafted to shine with a variety of dishes. This emphasis was showcased at the Blair House Inn Vintner’s Dinner series in Wimberley, Texas on Saturday night.

Chief of Winery Operations and Winemaker, Dave Reilly joined Mandola Estate Winery Manager of Wine Sales and Sommelier, Bill Elsey with Executive Chef Norris Sebastian in presenting Mandola wines paired with an excellent 5-course meal highlighting several dishes from Italy.

Chef Sebastian, the Executive Chef at Blair House Inn, has worked in such notable restaurants as Swiss Austrian Restaurant, The Belvedere, The Grape, The Four Seasons Hotel and Resort in Dallas and the Aquaknox at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.

Owned and Operated by Mike and Vickie Schneider, the Blair House Inn is one of the most highly regarded Bed and Breakfast locations within the state of Texas. Located less than 15 miles from the Mandola Estate Winery, the Blair House offers lodging, an art gallery, and cooking classes year round. The perfect place to stay during your next visit to the Hill Country!
