More awards for the Duchman Family Winery!

We are extremely happy to announce the addition of several medals to our already nationally recognized portfolio of 100% Texas grown wines. The Lone Star International Wine Competition is one of the highest regarded wine competitions in the southwest and the San Francisco International Wine Competition is the largest and most respected wine competition in the U.S. (if not the world!) We are thrilled not only for our success, but for the high remarks for our neighbors and fellow wineries in the Texas Wine industry.

The Perfect Summertime Wine – Duchman Winery 2009 Bianco

Refreshing, crisp, clean finishing, and served cold – all things that come to mind when one thinks about the perfect white wine for the hot Texas summer. All of these descriptions perfectly describe the 2009 Duchman Family Winery Bianco, a wine created by winemaker Dave Reilly, with one thing in mind, to be Texans go-to white wine this summer. Made from 100% Vermentino grapes grown in Texas, our Bianco offers a fruit forward finish, that is fresh yet smooth at the same time. The best thing of all about this wine? The price! At only $9 a bottle, we encourage you to put down your Italian Pinot Grigio or New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and pick up one of our most enjoyed, 100% Texas grown wines this summer. Come visit our tasting room or click here to purchase today.

Duchman Family Winery takes a visit to the High Plains

Winemaker Dave Reilly took a visit to the Texas High Plains and visited several of the grape growers in the region. While grapes are grown in several areas throughout Texas, the Texas High Plains offers a beautiful combination of climate, elevation, and soil structure that create some of the best conditions to grow grapes in Texas. We offer thanks to the hard work and dedication to all Texas grape growers. Duchman Family Winery wouldn’t be called the most talked about winery in Texas, without quality grapes!
