Duchman Winery Tasting Room
Our knowledgeable staff members will guide you through a flight of 6 tastes of wine for $10. On Saturday and Sunday, we offer complimentary “grape to glass” tours to accompany your tasting, every hour, starting at 12:00 pm, with the last tour at 7:00 pm. No reservations required.
Seasonal fruit and cheese plates are available for purchase, ask your tasting attendant for the latest pairing! We also encourage guests to bring a picnic to enjoy with a bottle wine at one of the rustic picnic tables in our garden, overlooking the vineyard.
Private Tour and Tasting
Private tours and tastings are also available during non-peak hours for $15 per person with a minimum price of $100. One of our staff members will guide you and your group through a flight of 6 tastes of wine at a private bar and give you a personalized version of our “grape to glass” tour. Strongly encouraged for groups of 10 or more. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. Driving Directions
From Downtown Austin
Follow South Lamar Blvd. to highway 290 West. At the “Y” in Oak Hill stay left, continuing on Highway 290 west towards Fredericksburg. At the third light, turn left onto FM 1826. Drive 14 miles until FM 1826 ends at FM 150. Take a left, we’re 2.3 miles on the left.
South on Loop 1/MoPac
Take South Loop 1 Exit until it turns into SH 45. Continue to dead end at 1826.
At the dead end make a left. Go approximately 8 miles until FM 1826 ends at FM 150. Take a left, we’re 2.3 miles on the left.
From I-35
Take I-35 South. Exit right on Slaughter Lane. Go West on Slaughter Lane until it dead ends into FM 1826. Make a left, go approximately 10 miles until FM 1826 ends at FM 150. Take a left, we’re 2.3 miles on the left.
