Duchman Family Winery is a slice of Tuscan heaven in the Texas Hill Country. Unequalled, rolling Hill Country views and amazing picturesque sunsets with the vineyard as a backdrop make our winery the ultimate location for your event.
Our amenities include:
- Photo opportunities on the grounds surrounded by the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country with its seasonal ever-changing backdrops, and a private photo session for te bride and groom in our barrel room
-One hour rehearsal timeslot the day prior to your wedding (time TBD based on availability)
-Up to 8.5 hours on your special day to include 3 hours early arrival for the bridal party and vendor set up, followed by 1/2 hour for the ceremony, and 4 hours for the reception
-Your choice of outdoor ceremony locations (weather permitting); otherwise we will stage for an indoor ceremony and “flip” the ballroom for the reception during cocktail time as your guests sip and stroll the hallway with a view of the barrel room and production area admiring the diversity of art pieces hung throughout
-Following your ceremony, a cocktail time in a beautiful outdoor setting or in our spacious ballroom
-Private ballroom seats up to 250 guests with room for music & dance (space constraints based on group size)
-Personal consultation on Duchman Wine pairing and selection to compliment your menu. Wines purchased by the case will be discounted at 10%
-Freedom to choose your vendors and recommendations of our favorites (rentals, florist, photographer, music, catering, bartending, cake, etc)
- A private brides room with plenty of natural light, mirrors & chairs, a leather couch, and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine fo the ladies
-Plenty of tables (72″ rounds) with a limited quantity of smaller tables and 8ft banquet tables, and wooden folded padded chairs for both the reception and ceremony
-Two large rustic wooden farm tables, perfect for personalizing your sign in registry, gifts, and beautiful for your cake display
-Event staffing for the set up and breakdown of the tables and chairs, kitchen support staff to your caterers
-Acrylics include bone china plates, dessert plates, flatware, wine glasses, and stemmed water goblets
-Complimentary Duchman Family Winery logo glasses for the bride and groom
-on-site venue manager throughout your event
